"Making the decision to purchase a vehicle in the middle of a massive shortage and premium pricing was a decision we began to regret almost instantly. As we started the process of even finding the truck that had all of our needs and wants we realized that it was going to require some leg work and we were quickly turned off by EVERY local dealership. We live in Ohio and found the truck that met nearly every need at Kayser in Wisconsin. After a quick message for more info Derek was in touch and we knew after TWO minutes this was the place to make our purchase. He was no pressure and all info. We got a premium for our trade and negotiating the price was easy. We started a virtual transaction on Tuesday and completed the purchase on Thursday all via text, email and few phone calls. Steve in finance was easy to work with, very upfront and willing to work at getting us the best rates out there. Overall this was the best car buying experience we have ever had and we never set foot in the dealership.
